Peru: Auguas Calientes, February 2000

The small town Auguas Calientes in Peru were first famous for its hot and healthy springs. Later on in 1880'ies an Englishman Hiram Birgham found the old Inca ruins - Machu Picchu (The old mountain). People from all over the world travels to this place. In the middle of the main "street" of the village the train is running - that is some spectacular show most of the day.

The ruins are very impressive and striking. For nearly 600 years ago this village was build on top of a mountain - what a tremendous work. The place is considered of many to have some special forces!
