Packing out kayaks we left Marselisborg Kayak Club early a Saturday in June. Our goal was the Varde Å, a small and relative long river in the south-eastern part of Denmark. We started at Tofterup, which actually is the Holme Å (River), joining Varde Å some 15km down the river.

Many scouts started before us and in canues - hmmmmmm, they sometimes blocked the river, but we went nicely by in cooperation with them.

From time to time we had to cross under very low bridges - that was a challange.
