Chile: St. Pedro de Atacama. January 2000

Up north of Chile the climate is very different to the south - just like a desert. I went to Saint Pedro De Atacama - the Atacama desert is very dry, but from time to time the rain comes (seldom). THEN you get these nice views of salt emerging fro the underground - just looking like snow - amazing.

Everyone went to Moon Valley, for enjoying the sunset. Yes is was romantic nice - but we were all guys!
